Note:This initiative was started as a global venture studio in 2024 and evolved to a system-compatible interface platform, seeded through independent and bootstrapped efforts in the USA. It is not currently affiliated with any national government or intergovernmental agency, but welcomes structured alignment partnerships under mutual discretion.

TechConnect is a system-compatible interface platform at the intersection of public-purpose innovation, diplomacy, and systems thinking, anchored in AI for impact areas such as precision health and climate resilience.

About the Founder

Linxin Gu is a system architect and the founder of TechConnect, a system-compatible interface platform advancing precision health, ecological resilience, and cross-border trust through AI innovation, policy ventures, and science diplomacy. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University, with additional graduate studies in International Studies at the JHU SAIS.

A 2024 Prix Galien USA Nominee and recipient of the US EB1A “Einstein” Green Card, Linxin has contributed to Massachusetts’ AI talent retention policy and launched public-aligned ventures across digital health, climate monitoring, and biotech infrastructure. She was selected to convene at the UNGA80 Science Summit, speak at think tanks such as Renaissance Weekend, and present at conferences including Biotech X USA, collaborating across systems spanning the North America, Europe, APAC, and MENA regions.

Her early work bridges computational and wet-lab research in cell and gene therapy across six institutions in the US, China, and Japan, including mentorship under Nobel laureates and National Academy fellows. She launched her first telehealth platform, Pocket Hospital, in her freshman summer, one of China’s earliest rural health tech initiatives, and has spent the past decade applying technology to advance public good. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she contributed to large-scale testing operations and lab setup in the US, as well as biomanufacturing global market efforts at a leading CDMO in China. A former UNDP data analyst in New York, Global Shaper leader with the World Economic Forum and Y Combinator affiliated Venture Fellow, Linxin continues to architect institute-grade platforms that align emerging technologies with long-term public systems and trust-based policy infrastructures.
